Our Story
Asheesh is the founder of MyHealthBuddy and the benevolent leader taking this mission forward. He graduated from NSIT 2004 in Computer Science, and is an alumnus of MNSS Rai where he was a national level cricketer. He brings 12 years of versatile corporate experience from big companies including Infosys, HCl and RBS.
The corporate life was taking a toll on his health and fitness, and he realized that he was heading towards a nightmare. He took the initiative to start playing soccer, started reading about health and nutrition, and decided to do a Fitness & Nutrition certification from Health Sciences Academy, UK. He lost 12 kgs and realized he could help many people with his knowledge of health, passion about fitness, and compassion to help others.
Asheesh decided to quit RBS in October 2016 and founded MyHealthBuddy in 2017. He went on to complete the highly regarded ISSA certification for Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. He is truly the glue that holds everyone together in the dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
Gaurav is a Buddy who will bring a calmness to his clients no matter what state of mind they are in. He embarked on his own fitness journey at the age of 24, when he realised that not only was he underweight, but he also had a weak structure when he started going to the gym. This was a consequence of his poor eating habits, which were not in sync with his objective and the type of body he wanted to sculpt.
Gaurav took the initiative to educate himself on various aspects of health. He did a nutritional introduction course in food and health from Stanford University, and is a NESTA certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist. Gaurav turned his physique around but he still has retained his quality of being modest. He is the type of person to squat with 140 kg on his back, and then start blushing when he sees that there is a camera pointed at him!
Growing up Ishav loved to dance and also learnt different dancing styles, classical and with professional Dance Academy (Shiamak Davar). Always up for trying new activities once, and then again twice because she loved it.
As a Personal Trainer, she wants to share her enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realize what your body is capable of.
She helps clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. She tries to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.
Last but not the least, she's a mother of a two year old daughter and has brought fitness and health to another level personally as well.
Built almost entirely of muscles, Abhishek has his own journey of being a skinny guy in his teens. He turned his body and his life around when he started hitting the gym and building his strength. However, he didn't stop there. He continued to work hard and develop a physique that turns heads. Abhishek is a certified personal trainer as well as kettlebell instructor. He is also a functional training as well as core training expert who conducts most of our Buddy Connect sessions on Sundays!
Though he may appear like a monstrous muscle maniac, our Buddy Abhishek is a stand-up guy who makes people laugh constantly even while he is physically putting them through hellish workouts.
From being just another IT guy to a Fitness Coach, Vivek decided to turn his passion into profession.
Being an Army brat, he was always inclined towards sports and fitness. This passion led him to leave his regular IT job and become a Full time Fitness and Nutrition coach.
He has a passion for transforming lives and has been helping people get fit and look good.

Kunal practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that he look at how all areas of your life are connected.

Through his selfless and enthusiastic efforts he has helped multiple men and women achieve their health and fitness goals.
Kunal’s main priority is to see you transformed from the inside out and will make sure you reach any goal you want to attain mentally and physically.

Dr Manoj Kumar Dutta is an experienced Physician, Endocrinologist and Diabetologist who specialises in treating Obesity, Hypertension, various forms of Diabetes(adult, gestational and pediatric). He has vast experience in dealing with Pituitary, Thyroid,Bone,Adrenal and Growth Disorders. He has also been dealing with PCOS and pubertal disorders.
He has a distinguished track record in Armed forces of 24 years with vast teaching experience. His aim is to accept challenging disorders and ensure prompt recovery with use of latest knowledge and technology.
